Our boutique is coming soon to 1260 3rd Avenue at East 73rd Street, on Manhattan's Upper East Side. Until the doors open, you can shop everything online.

Yes — there are several public garages within walking distance, plus metered street parking throughout the neighborhood.

Not yet. In-store pickup starts when the boutique opens. Until then, we'll ship your order to you.

Yes! Our online shop carries a curated edit of the store, with new arrivals added all the time.

Yes! We deliver anywhere in Manhattan for a flat $25, every day. Choose Local delivery at checkout and order by noon for same-day delivery. See our shipping page for details.

Yes! A Troop wish list is one of our favorite services, and it makes birthday shopping easy for friends and family.

We do. They work online now, and in the boutique once we open. Always the right size, always her style.

You have 14 days from delivery to return unworn items with their tags on. Start a return online in our Returns Center. Exchanges and store credit come with a free label. The full details are on our Returns page.

Go to our Returns Center, enter your order number and the email you ordered with, then choose your items and an exchange, store credit or a refund. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label.

Yes. Choose an exchange in our Returns Center and pick a different size or color of the same piece. The return label is free.

Yes. Choose Returning a gift? in our Returns Center and enter the order number from the packing slip. Gift returns get store credit or the same piece in a different size.

Items marked Final Sale can't be returned or exchanged. Gift cards, gift wrap, beauty and personal care items, and hair brushes are final sale too.

Yes, once the boutique opens! Book it for a private shop — birthday gifts, a fresh new look, or one-on-one styling with our Troop Leaders. We'll share how to book when we open.
